Unable to register

hey there guys

ive just been put on to this forum by a friend of mine, goes under the username muddy something. anyways as he was here showing me it using my connecting ive just tried to register here now and its saying it won't let me as his account is associated with my ip now

any help with this would be great as i cant wait to get on
