Clearly a scammer.
1. Fight Kiln is near impossible with ranged, no one has uploaded videos of range, posted guides or suggested range. The only effective method is magic using Polypore with blood barrage or storm of armadyl.
2. He said that the requirements are; Ganodermic, Bandos and Armadyl armours, anyone who has done the caves will tell you that you can't have an extra 5 armour switches let alone the extra weapon switches you'd need for that. When you work out the brew/restore/overload ratio along with the powerup crystals received you would know that this isn't an effective solution.
3. He hasn't said what type of ranged you'd need, surely he would go into more detail.
I'd suggest you ask him to verify that he has done it before he posts a service like this, from his thread you can clearly see that he has no knowledge about how to complete the fight kiln and is obviously after the accounts money. I have done the fight kiln 3 times now and that's with 2 different account builds, and using anything than mage would be a stupid solution, as the only effective powerup crystals are magic, constitution and restore.
