In the Skype conversation, the kid says how he has had previous accounts with 10+ vouches, and he mentioned how he WOULD ban evade when his current account get banned. Could you run an IP check on him and see if any banned accounts show up? Thanks.

This guy refuses ussing middleman with excellent reputation, even when i am covering the middleman fees. Middleman has $1,500 Usd donator status, Official Middleman status, Moderator status and more and more, bassicaly perfect reputation, but he refuses using it because he doesn't trust middleman's, because someone have "scammed" him 50 bucks worth iTunes Card. I have long conversation via PM, but i will add only Skype conversation for now. I suggest not to trade with him, obvious scammer!
