Requesting high pardon "Wetdoomseal"

I acknowledge that i was banned awhile back, Could a moderator please enlighten me on the terms banned?
Now im currently banned for Ban evasion.
If it was somthing to do with Scamming, i am willing to pay the full receipt back to the person.
If for any other reason, I apologize my sole purpose is to buy and sell and thrive in this community, I realised my wrong doings and once again am deeply sorry. I have changed and am willing to proove this over time in anyway possible.

 

You cant get a pardon if you don't know what u were banned for
