It's been over a year now since I got banned for selling and owning an msn bot. I didn't realise it was against the rules because I hadn't read through them properly and at the time I thought it was a trivial offence and nothing worth getting a permanent ban for so I made numerous appeals to attempt to get myself unbanned which were all unsuccessful. I have since completely stopped using one, deleted anything relating to it and have made an effort to completely familiarise myself with the rules so nothing like this happens again as I now understand that even something that I believe to be trivial can have a great effect on the community. Please accept my greatest apologies.
