Apple I phone 4s 16 gig - That is Unopened, Ready to be Shipped. Not Much Else To say, But I'm Looking for PayPal, Preferably verified.

And I'm Hoping to get 450$ but this is negotiable. Which is a decent amount less than in stores.
Also I will not be shipping this out without Payment, Unless You are Staff.

I can't risk shipping without payment Due to possibility of charge backs even still I realize I am risking this accepting paypal, That why I would only ship out too a staff member firstly.

How is it considered spam? I am just low balling the offer and western union because it's better than pay pal. Maybe it's just that you have to verify your real info other besides PayPal which can be used with false information.

Also you recently joined and that you requiring us to go first unless staff member which is ridiculous. You are primarly better off selling this phone on eBay unless you are prepared for some serious low offers like myself am Bidding on. Now does this iPhone still have the manufacturer seal?

And lastly, the phone should no more be worth 400+ because with contracts costing at the amount of only 200-250. 200 would be a great price IMHO but I assume you cannot afford the cost because you are required to have a data plan on every iPhone that is activated unless it's metro. You also have not mention if this device is unlocks and what carrier this phone for.
