I would never advise ANYONE to pay for any sort of fitness program or nutrition guide unless it was actually made for their needs/body type/weight/muscle fibre ratio/metabolic rate.

Edit: Aside from my opinion since I have been bodybuilding for the past 3 years, (last year competitively) I would suggest you post some pictures of you to gain more sales, assuming you look the part.
