My account got hacked and is in use by someone else X.X please help

Hey, yesterday for some reason it made me login to sythe again, and to my surprise none of my passwords worked. (I normally have autologin) Then none of my e-mails were setup to any of my accounts. My MSN password actually did the same thing and i recovered that though. All this happened after I was going to do a trade with someone and they claimed they wanted me to "see their face" so they sent me a link like chattiny or something, i clicked it and allowed java to run and it ended up sending my computer a virus, but I thought it was gone. But point is I just looked on sythe forums perusing a little bit and I found my account was posting, when i dont even have access to it. Can anyone please help me recover my account?
