I have a partyhat and i want to sell it. Since it went down from 1.45b to 1.1b, i dont want to sell it in GE. But now, the past days it raised and it it keeps raising.

So i want to sell my partyhat for 1.15-1.2b.

The highest offer will get the partyhat..
