13 letter usernames / 0 Letter Usernames

Have there ever been any 13 or 0 lettered usernames? o.o

 

There are thousands of "0 Letter" usernames. For example, the username "233219" has 0 letters in it.

But, I'm sure your real question is if someone has managed to bypass the character restrictions of 1-12 characters. I doubt it, and I personally have never seen anything. (Other than the old "null" bug when a username failed to load from the server.)

 

0 lettered? As in blank names?? Not that I know of.

As for 13, the cap is 12 and I doubt anyone could bypass the limit without jagex resetting the name.

 

okay - hmm, I was just curious if anyone has heard of these. :3

"Jagex made a mistake in late 2001 with their account creation system and allowed 13 letter usernames to be created. All of these accounts were permanently banned; and if you hear of anyone selling an account like this - they are a scammer."

DAMN IT JAGEX I h8 my 12 letter name!!!

 

A while back now someone was selling a 13 character name in the market.
You can't login though, so it's rather pointless.
