rules clearly says that noob is not Offensif and it is NOT a reason to report
someone.
If i got Muted because i said reported,it was a joke between my friend who wa

The player hes skin was white,i said black noob because he called be a zammy noob for wearing zammmy armour he was wearing Black armour so i called him a black noob
i dont see any racism in that!

The evidence is edited by jagex its missing text,wich proves that thej wanted me to get muted.
