Im 55 str atm on my 1def pure, wheres the fastest please for 70/80 also i dont want somewhere i have to eat shit loads of food and bank all the time, im at bandits atm but it doesnt seem that good xp/h at my lvl

Experiments are pretty good.

Rock crabs or experiments are definitely the best place until your 80+. Bandits is fairly hard at a lower level, you usually don't see guys below 70 cb there. Just stay at one of the above spots until you find that the exp p/h is shit and you feel that you need to move, then try going back to bandits.

Gl aswell, but if you have a higher prayer level try that.

Experiments would be #1 for low levels with low prayer levels, just bring some lobsters and super strengths and super attacks (gives you a few extra thousand exp per hour)

Rock crabs/flesh crawlers (close to bank - relatively)/Experiments/Yaks.

If you have 43+ pray, go to bandits from 60+ Att and Str, if you want to afk train
Otherwise - Yaks > Experiments > Crabs

Try doing rock crabs but if its too slow then yaks if you have it quested, bandits are not worth it at your level due to the lack of hits and the lack of high hitting so... Up to you but rock crabs would be easiest!

With not much bots, they are fairly over priced and may ruin your stats.
