Yeah. Did you try?

 

Try opening your jagex cache, and there's only one file in there, which is an operating system. Random.dat isn't accessable via there, and I can't figure it out any other way?

This Is A Old Method, But It Works Thanks for sharing this. i remember i used this method when i was running multiple adv bots back in 2012

 

downloading rs client then just copying the file allows you to do this.
Open the original Runescape file, then the copy.
You can log in into the same world without any complications or having to quickly click to log in.
