Sometimes I have noticed the live help is "offline" and there could be a few other people other than the mods (The mods could do more moderating and catch more scammers) So I thought of this idea to have like 5-6 People on live help support and they could have like a little thing below their name instead of moderator it could be like "Live Help" or something similar. Just to give an insensitive to become a live helper?

 

I think this is similar to the UE or CA ranks. I support these groups coming back, as they seemed like they were good ideas. I would also support not having ranks if thats what people are worried about.

These people could also assists with live help so that more assistants can be online more often.

 

This has already been discussed and suggested both here and in staff lounge. We've come to a resounding no. Operators have power to IP ban from the service, plus most issues that come up cannot be solved by anyone other than a staff.

 

Oh I didn't know about the I.P thing :/

 

It's probably possible for Matthew or someone else capable to program in a tiered operator system that disallows some from IP banning... but still, there's the issue that most issues need mod powers to resolve.
