    Basically, he has a thread saying this.

    You send me $150 on paypal, i'll buy a santa hat, then I'll charge back, and give you the santa, and leave my paypal in negative balance.

    Which his scamming someone on the charge back. Plus he could also scam the guy and not give him his santa.

    Ban please. Thanks.
