Teacher makes first graders rub her feet

Americans for you, In Scotland I recall someone telling a s1 (first graders) to stop talking so he threw a chair a the teacher and tryed to headbutt um

This 'teacher' sounds like she should be on the list. If the parents have any sense they'll find another school.

 

They are really overreacting.. It doesn't sound that bad. I mean it was wrong of her to do that, but the grandma scared and crying is a bit much. All she had to do was talk to the principal and threaten to make it public. That would have settled everything really fast.

I just read the title and....well let's say my head is a couple miles away from where it's suppose to be.

To top things up when I clicked the topic it went straight to this guys post - with a name that just makes everything even more ironic and hard to not have a straight "face".

Anyways all I have to say to this situation is has she ever heard of a message specialist/messaging machines? Too cheap I guess. Poor kids get em' outta her class.

 

Now lets pretend the teacher was male, still with the same, seemingly innocent intent. People would be furious, social norms and all.

 

How I would love to be that 6 year old.

Only joking, teacher is a bit dumb, obviously gonna get sacked or some shit, but seriously, why not just buy one of them feet jacuzzi things?:b

 

I would have never done that. I do not like feet. And I agree they are overreacting. It's not like she got molested.

 

I am kind of torn here between two opinions... First of all, I think the Grandma and everybody else is overreacting. It is not like the teacher did anything sexual to the children, even though getting them to rub her feet is inappropriate (although in a different way).

I also think its fucked up that the teacher would even ask the kids to do that though. I am trying to imagine if any of my teachers asked me to sit there and rub their feet.. I would definitely be a little disturbed to say the least. I think the teacher should be disciplined but not necessarily lose her job over this. IMO its a little weird and disturbing, but I would not feel that my child's safety was threatened or anything like that.

Well from the teachers standpoint, I'm sure the little kids didn't have the strength to give a really good foot massage with their tiny hands and such.
