    even though bans and rollbacks and jagex stealing money has been happening alot, i was just curious, are they also taking money when you xfer between accounts? their both my account, ones a main with a h'ween mask and one is a low level pure i used to play a while ago. I want to xfer the h'ween mask, but i dont want it to get taken...
