They're actually not at an all-time high, but they're rising

I haven't been watching other supplies much, but prayer potions and snape grass are at an all time high. A couple weeks ago I bought supplies for 90 herblore (ranarr pots & snape grass), and I was making profit when they were around 4700 each for ranarr pots (unf) and 300 for snape grass, but now it's 1000+ coins per snape grass.

At the moment i'm selling prayer potions (4) @ ~7400 each in GE (+ price)
