Paypal?

I have a bank account, and a debit card. I really want to set up a paypal, but I get so clusterfucked confused when trying to do so. If someone extremely trusted is available to walk me through it I would very much enjoy it. I want it to be CC verified.

If there is anyway to do it without me having to go to the bank I would really love that, seeing as it is 70 miles away.

 

1)Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk or www.paypal.com
2)Click 'View Limits' on the ‘Account Overview’ page
3)Tick the box next to ‘Receiving Limit per year’ then click 'Lift Limits'
4)Click ‘Link your card’ to add your card. If you have already added the card 5)click ‘Start process to confirm your card’
6)Click ‘Save and Continue’

Once you have the details from your statement, you can then confirm your card by following these steps:
Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
Click 'Confirm my debit or credit card' in the ‘To Do List’ box
Enter your PayPal code
Click 'Submit'
Please note:
PayPal does not have access to the four-digit code, so we cannot provide it by email or by phone
Any charges will be refunded to your PayPal account balance once your card is confirmed (this may take up to 24 hours to appear)
PayPal strongly discourages calling your bank to get any information regarding the PayPal code

Says here you will be charged for about 1Euro.
