not sure on any stat bonuses, it's just rare. Just like partyhats/santas/halloweens etc.

Just to confirm, all the stats on the hood are ZERO, there is no bonus and no emotes or anything other than just a cool looking rare item :)

THIS IS A SCAM - TRADE WITH CAUTION!

The Runefest hood is a novelty item similar to the Flagstaff of festivities which will be provided only to attendees of RuneFest 2011.

On July 22 2011, Jagex announced the “Awesome-RuneFest 2011-Item-Headgear-Concept-Competition” via the RuneFest website. The competition involved players submitting concept ideas for the 2011 item, with the only condition being that it be headgear. The winning design was revealed on 8 September 2011[1] and was designed by Marikdebie.

The item is expected to be released into the game on the first day of RuneFest (October 29 2011). However, unlike the previous year's Flagstaff, the hood will only be available to players who actually attend the event, rather than just solely purchasing a ticket[2]. This was done to prevent the issue of players buying a ticket solely for the item rather than the event, which happened the previous year with the Flagstaff. The release of the hood was given as a code on a card, redeemable only at RuneFest as the codes would only be activated at the event because they were IP specific.

lol its not a scam mate have a good read before accusing.
