Looking for Lure partner!

I have discovered a fairly uncommon lure which has the potential to make millions, i'm looking for a couple of people who are A) Rich on runescape B) good talkers and social engineerers.

Have no fear this is not a silly attempt by me to try lure you, this lure does not involve killing people or anything like that. I would reveal it here but i dont want it too get too well known because as far as i know its not been done too many times.
