PayPal

Is there any body that can help me verify my PayPal account?

I can't buy a PrePaid card, and don't have a Bank Account either.

If this is against rule I apologize and will take the infraction, I was lazy to read rules this late. Also, I tried to search but I keep on getting page load errors. Sythe....>.>

Yes, this is against the rules.

Read the rules in future?

People are not allowed to give or sell you stuff to verify your paypal, but if you just want another method that's fine.

Thank you SuF, but yes, I am not asking for people to give or sell me anything, just looking for alternative ways to verify myself without spending money, at the very least, if I absolutely have to.

From my knowledge, there are no other ways to verify your Paypal account other than signing up for a Paypal credit card or linking your bank account.

Just for reference, a prepaid credit card will not verify your paypal account, but will lift your sending limit to $2000. However it also increases the risk of your account being frozen or limited.
