Actually Wulfspade was a global mod.

There was a shortage in market mods, so they promoted 3 new market mods.

Both were also Globals, which is pretty much 6x Sectional, so they all know what they're doing.

Also, Wulfspade1 was 2x Sectional (Off-Topic/Market) before he became a Global.

And for a Market Mod, I honestly can't think of a better candidate then Kero. With his expertise in Account Sales, Gold-Buying/Selling , and having been an OGV Leader, he'll have absolutely no problem managing the Runescape Market section of Sythe.
