THINKING of suicide is a social problem. Actually doing it is a mental problem. Also, I guess if he didn't let people get to him, he would be fine. Experiences are experiences. No matter where you live in the U.S.A, ESPECIALLY IN BUFFALO, AND with being WHITE, Gay or not, you shouldn't have any problems in live to large to kill yourself over.

This isn't some petty bullying. This is different than a kid being roughed up, or not being invited to sit at the cool kid lunch table. This kid was abused in a way you can't even fathom. He was ostracized by his peers, hated and taunted. He was fucking abused, and made to hate himself for a sexuality he couldn't control. And this abuse went on for about a year. Its not about letting people get to him, its about them maliciously and cruelly torturing him.
