    Must learn and learn. You have not taste of colors. Bright blue with that soft ocher, come on. It just simply does not fit.

    Use some tutorials, read some tips for making art. There must be on internet. Well, artist have not to follow any tips, he can be abstract and unusual, but you are just amateurish.

    Visit deviantart.com or other design sites.

    I like the first attempt of the second one more than the second attempt at the second one. Keep the back ground of the first attempt but keep the text centered like the second attempt.

    However, that's just my opinion.
