Recently at the start of the summer i began stealing from stores like shoppers, Convienince stores and walmart.

I was moving too fast, not watching my steps not even caring. eventually i slipped.I was caught shoplifting Pc Games at walmart with one of my friends from school.
i completely regret it and wish i had never done it. I am now banned from walmart for an Whole year.

So For the past 3 weeks ive barely left my house. i cant even talk to anybody about this not even my bestfriend. My moms was crying and ive lost my dads trust.
My punishment, Not aloud to hang out with two of my friends ever again.
And one of these friends hasnt even been here for 2months. My mom knows because she went directly to this one friends house and told his mom about it and his mom told my mom that my friend that isnt currently here had shoplifted too.

Now schools about too start up again. And i know i have both of these guys in 2 of my classes. Ive known the one friend that was away for the summer since grade 6 and i know im not suppose to hang out with them but i cant bring up the nerve to tell the friend that was away that i cant hangout with him anymore. He has shoplifted too but its not like he pushed anyone to do it. Infact hes kind of low class and out of all things he advised me and this other friend not to steal.

I Know a crimes a crime but am i just suppose to ignore these guys ?

In my opinion, human beings need to do whatever they can survive. If you still want to interact with these guys, then do it. It's your life. Do whatever you want.

If I were you, I would still hang around with them.. to me, a friends a friend. No one can take over friendship from someone. Just hang around with him and if your mom finds out, what will she do? Tell her that he changed and regrets what he has done like you. Good luck!

I would have a serious talk with your parents. Tell them that you understand what you did was wrong and it won't happen again. Ask them for the opportunity to prove this to them. Let them know that it is your fault that it happened for the bad choice that you made and you take responsibility for that poor choice. Ask them for the opportunity to regain their trust. Let them know that it is not you friends fault for you doing this but your poor decision and you would like to be able to remain friends, and make smarter decisions in the future. Ask them for the chance to be able to prove this to them, and tell them that they will not regret giving you this second chance. Let them know that you would be supportive if they would like to know what you are doing when you are hanging out with that person until you have once again regained there trust.

I think they will respect you some for talking to them on this level and possibly allow you to remain friends, although possibly more monitored. I am a parent and I know I would respect my son a lot more if he talked to me in this manor if he was in this situation.

^This, but really think about why you are going to do this. Don't go in say all this to them and not mean it, because if you don't mean what you say; then it's just like copy pasting someone else's work off the internet.

Also be prepared for any counter-questions and or thoughts your parents may have on the matter, explain to them why you want to remain friends, tell them about anything they have helped you with/encouraged you to do in life or anything similar.

If they are not good friends to have then you may want to take their advice and find a better group of friends, choosing the right crowd of people to hang out with is very important and can effect your life dramatically.

Firstly, How old are you?

Secondly,I agree with the 2 posters above, there are some problems. What if you are trying to stay clear from shoplifting but your friends go right back to their old ways? I would say have a good long talk with your parents and start hanging out with them again, but if they plan to do anything that could get you in trouble, I would stay out of it.

From my experience, they decision is always yours, I also made mistakes with my friends 6 years ago, we split until last year, today, we are best friends again.

Don't let this situation ruin your friendship, but always think for yourself to no get in trouble.
