Buying a account!

[Airborne101]

Okay, so I know I am new the forums. But I am in the market to buy a account for Runescape. Since I am going to be stationed in Germany. Theres nothing to do there so I need something to do! Lol. But I am still trying to get used to how the payment options are. I read the rules, anyways I use Paypal since it is the only option I know. I will go first of course, since it a trust issue. I am looking for an account that is level 130 to 138. I do not mind talking price, just not something not too overboard. Thank you!
