Allergies

I have SUPER bad allergies, like sometimes i will start sneezing and i will sneeze about 10 times before i stop then i have a runny nose for hours after that.
is there any way i can stop this?
im not really a big fan of taking medicine either

 

If I were you, I'd make an appointment with your doctor/a special doctor to see WHAT you are allergic to. If you know that, you can remove all the things you're allergic to from your house and such. That way you don't need medicine.

tl;dr: find out what you're allergic to, then remove it.

 

Exactly what mill3n says, sometimes people have weird cases of allergies like dust for example. If it's something like that then you need to make sure that the environment you are in is dust-free but there's nothing you can do until you find out what the source is.
