thats four years ago though... the fact that he's had the opportunity to scam thousands recently just proves that he's still trustworthy...

 

The fact that he advertises his trustworthiness and says he's better than others just makes me wish he was banned again. He's no better than anyone else here, I don't care how much he donated, at least $200 of it was scammed.

 

You're one of the few. And to be honest, I don't give a fuck. I know I'm legit. The others who still trust me know I'm legit. To the small group of you who don't trust me because of a mistake I made 4 years ago, I really only have one thing to say to you.


I'm only fucking human. I made a mistake. I learned from it. I admitted to it. If you can't get that through your skull, then I really couldn't care less whether or not you trust me. Just remember this when you fuck up somewhere down the line in life and get treated like a jackass for it.

 

Exactly, he's had plenty of opportunities to scam and I'm sure he has. The fact that he scammed at all and got away with it is proof enough that he should not be trusted.

 

It's not really because of what happened four years ago, but more so:

People who advertise their trustworthiness and put others down piss me off.

 

I know the member you scammed is banned...but couldn't you at least try to get in contact with him? ie find his IP and then go from there?

 

that still stands to show that he's donated 800 that isn't scammed.

I tried to contact him about 2 years ago. Again about a year ago. No luck.

Yup. One time. 4 years ago. I urge you to find proof of a scam since then. You won't find anything because there is nothing to find.

 

If any other member just tried and couldn't succeed, they'd be banned. Favoritism at it's finest. It's happened before, where people have complained that they couldn't get in contact with the scammed member, and have been told that "that's their own problem".

 

And how would we know that? Like I said you've had plenty of opportunity. We're just going in circles here now.

 

He admitted to scamming once. If he admitted to it once and risked getting banned, I would think he'd admit to all of them at once, no?

Although I believe you, I have to be impartial here and say that many newcomers do get scammed due to improper trading etiquette (I.E the guy who got scammed by plznate) and then just leave the sythe and don't report anything.




All in all though - I think admitting to it made him more honest and transparent..

 

Exactly. He's banned people for scamming and now he admits to it and nothing happens other than losing his ranks. He'll get them back soon enough, anyway, because he's a brown noser and knows the right people. The problem I have with him is he talks down to people constantly about being less trusted and etc but he's a scammer. Irony... lol

There's a difference between having the opportunity, and seizing the opportunity. Any other trader has just as much of an opportunity during a trade to scam as I could ever have.
