First off I just submitted a ban appeal and I got this answer from Farcast:
"This ban is no longer disputable as it was not contested within a month of the issued date."
This is total BS because my friend submitted a ban appeal on march 17, 2011, which is within a month of the issue date of the ban. I was told that the mods that reviewed the appeal said that they thought my friend was me appealing myself by creating another account. This was the ban appeal:
"Note, this is not me helping out a friend.
Dear Moderators of sythe,
I was recently temp banned for 3 days on March 16,2011 on my sythe account, Conquer312. The reason given was "vader." I didn't think too much of this, because it was temp ban so I thought I'd just wait it out. Today, March 18, 2011, I decided to check if anything changed and thinking that nothing changed, i got this message "You have been banned for the following reason:
Ban evading/ Date the ban will be lifted: Never" I don't understand the reason why I was banned. Ban evading is when I try to evade a ban by making a new account, however I have only created one account on sythe on this computer. So, I honestly have no idea how this is correct and it would be very much appreciated if you gave it another check. I'll even give you my IP (75.139.136.183) to check to see how many accounts I have, which should only be one (conquer312). I would be greatly appreciate it if you could just check up on my ip and make sure this was not an error."
Note: I logged on this account (Conquer312) from my mom's house and my dad's house, but I did not create 2 separate accounts.
Please review this appeal because I did not evade a ban. There is nothing I did wrong and I feel that I should be unbanned. Thank you for your time!
