Moneypak - really just need a bit of info about it

Is it like a code, so say somebody sent me a moneypak card from the usa, would I be able to top it up on my PP?

Also, can you claim it back, like you can with most PP things

It's a code, you redeem it and the money goes to your balance. Simple!

And best... cannot be charged back

I think it only works in the US though..
