Yeah I was looking into that. I just cant afford the 128m option yet. I'm up to about 150m total right now from 119m, only playing a few hours, so in a couple of days I should be able to add the 128m option and start at 2m

I am doing it sometimes. I usually start at 1m if I have been winning a lot, but sometimes I start between 2 and 5m as well and double that. It's been going very well for me.
