I was in hospital recently and one of the people on the ward had a shattered knee, they were in a lot of pain so I hope you aren't.

Actually the guy was thrown off the third story balcony of a building while he was drunk.

It smashed in the back of his skull and shattered his knee, and he ended up having to get a piece of his skull removed because it was infected with bacteria that typically grows in your intestines (lolwuthehadshitinhishead?)

Lucky he had survived from such a high fall. I can imagine in how much pain he was in and imagine a hole in the head, arghh.. scary. Hope he's okay though.
