well, if you are going to get bandos, it's only 5 more def levels till barrows. and that's definitely loads better than bandos.

 

dont get 45 get 40 theres no point in getting almost 2 combat levels for a helm that cost 80k and only gives 3 str bonus

 

So what's the general consensus?

A) 40 Def
B) 65 Def
C) 75 Def

 

I don't think it is worth it to get 65 defence because the risk when PKing is a bit high (correct me if I'm wrong) and just stay on 45 defence for Beserker Helm. However, you should not train defence but intstead quest it. The link below should give you an idea on what quests to complete. I reitorate, DON'T TRAIN YOUR DEFENCE.

What's the risk that you're thinking of? And I would quest it, not train it.

 

Bandos ain't really worth it if you haven't higher defence.

Yeah questing will suck and bandos is like 35m risk. Not worth it IMO. I'd go 40.
