Runescape PINs

[AddictingArts]

Im trying to figure out how people get all of these RS Pins to sell - excuse me for my arrogance, but do people buy PINs and then just resell for RSGP or Paypal, or whatever? Im just trying to figure out how that system works and how people have constant supplies of pins.

[Just Another Botter]

They are basically stealing PINs from SMS services, from what I understand.

[Pathogen]

It was some illegal method though that is all I know about it.
