4) Let's once again assume that has been covered as well, how can you keep track of every single member? I doubt moderators have enough time to go thread by thread counting every dollar and transaction in his "proof" thread.

To be honest, this is reality. As if people don't "throw numbers around" in real life? As if presidents, politicians and traders don't "throw numbers around"?

Don't understand me wrong, I extremely support this suggestion, I just don't see how it would be possible to enforce it. It'll just cause more chaos and sometimes unfairness between members.
