    Gold prices?

Yeah... When FT got back in game you could easily sell gold $1.1/M, I mean VERY EASILY lol. Now it's pretty hard to sell $0.7/M...In few months, I believe, gold will be like 40 cents each mill :/ sad tbh...

doesn't bother me lol, i buy gold, not sell, so the lower it gets, the happier i am :D

But yeah, i remember pre-2007 wildy update, 1M was easily fetching £20 on Ebay.

I doubt it'll just keep falling and falling. There is going to be a time where the prices will eventually plummet up.

    Gold prices?

Well, im unsure if they will ever rise again, theirs always more people making rs2gp, so in my eyes, the more thats made, the lower the price will go, as i'v seen here in the past 20 mins, theirs over 6b waiting to be sold, and everyones going to try undercut another to get a sale.

    Gold prices?

It's basic supply & demand, dicing, pking, free trade, staking...There's A LOT of GP being sold in bulk, It'll never rise again unless all the big players get shot or something? HAHA.

It will keep going down until gold farming isn't profitable anymore.

    Hmm.. maybe that's jagex's plan :p

Only way it'l go up is if the goldsellers group together and hold onto their gold for a while.

    Gold prices?

The more money that goes into the game the less it is worth. But when items in game start hitting high alch prices, then everything will stay flat, therefor making the value of gold around the same (possibley still lowering slightly as more gold still comes in but rares will always raise)

    Gold prices?

supply and demand, old PvP system was good since items were being flushed out of the game, but now it's pretty much just GP getting pumped in.

Prices have been pretty stable around 70c/m for the last 2 months, at least for me.

With bulk sellers under-cutting each other some hitting .45/mil It'll continue to plummet as long as there's people wanting more custom.

Well, to be honest, I predicted this before free trade was released. I said it would end up between .50 - 1.00 per mil.

    Gold prices?

The thing that brought the price of gold up was the transfer cost. It took time to transfer all the gold. Now people don't have to spend that time and can lower the price.

Of course the amount of gp thats being brought into the game is causing that.

gold values will probably be at their equilibrium around about now its been long enough since free trade for the supply and demand to reach a stable point. if anything with jagex posturing and threatening to get to grips with bots (i will concede they have said the same before) its is more likely the price will rise as the main money making bots are targeted as have seen with sorc garden and high ban rates at p ess and rising ban rates at frost dragons

Jagex are greedy, they always intend to leave a loop hole somewhere why else would they make free trade & staking available again? They've never been fully focused on making the community happy It's all about the money now.

Dey derk er jerbs'! But seriously, it seems like botting is getting easier and easier ( not counting getting banned) And there are more and more ways to make money botting and to bot more and longer. GE can be manipulated, people can span their bots on VPS and more people seem to find an interest, from what I see. The value is just going down since it's easier to come by.

    Gold prices?

assuming runescape players will keep on rising gold demand will also slowly rise but there is too much sellers now so everyone will keep nudging there prices down to stay at number one.

    Gold prices?

The supply continues to outgrow the demand for gold so it'll keep dropping. When the prices do hit rock bottom and people start to drop out of the business it will rise some, but i'm not sure it'll ever go back to as high as it was before.
