Locked Account Help

Basically somehow my account has been "locked."

Here are the weird things though:

-I have over 15+ days of membership.

-My JCoins are at 0 and are not negative.

-I can get onto Runescape and play.

Explanations?

 

When you try to login does it say your account is locked as suspected stolen or something among those lines?

If so, there was weird ip adress behaviour on your account, changing of passwords from different ip's or someone got close to recovering your account.

 

Yes there is, so what do I do to get this removed?

 

You need to go through the recovery process.

However it will be very strict, you're going to need alot of information especially creation details to get your account unlocked.

If you do not have all this information, you need to get it from the original owner or you're never going to unlock it.

 

dude recovering a locked account is exactly as recovering the account regularly.
The only thing different is that when recovering a locked account it asks for the current password and only 2 old passwords, instead of the regular account recvovery where it asks for 3 old passwords.
so just use your regular recoveries to recover.

Unlocking an account actually requires even more information.
You need to know almost every piece of information there is.

 

I have had my accounts lock on purpse because of someone having my account information. What you need to do is go threw recovery process and you will receive a tracking number. Use that tracking number to see progress usually doesn't take long to unlock a account depending on the situation

Also the best way to get a account back is remember What credit card you used or the most recent method of payment. Also what is nice now to have is a email registered to your account.

Actually, the older the membership info the better.

 

Not exactly, it may look the same but it's quite different in the way the system works. The locked appeal system uses different earlier information to recover your account. Information like membership info doesn't matter one bit when you are recovering a locked account. Lock account appeals require old information such as the first, maybe second password. If you don't know either of these, you're as good as fucked =/. It also requires much more creation information and it will scan your IP for your location. If you do not live where you used to or where the account was created, use a proxy .
