He may have cancelled your order. Read his TOS and it may probably say 'if you log onto your account before the order is finished, we have the right to terminate your service'. Either way, you probably wont get a refund for breaking his rules.

 

Didn't log into the account nor change the password, he still has full access to it.

 

Bots may have been down lately, that's the only reasonable excuse.

If not, you're out of luck :S

 

bots just recenly started working again, if u get ur refund with ur order half-a**'ed then ill be happeh to do the rest free of charge since im trying to get rep here aswell.

Most probably he ran off with your 60m rsgp. At this rate, you will never get the level you paid for. Make a scam report now, to alert him. This is my advise to you.

 

His service is done by hand apparently.
