Is there any way I could get this service Staff Verified? It would be much appreciated. I'd be more than happy to do something for staff and then they verify it. I just need people to know that I'm trusted...

Don't really think there would be a way for a staff to verify your shop. If you want to prove your legitimacy, start out by doing a few orders for free, showing people you can actually get them done. This will help you take off.
