Okay, so simply said, I bought an account and the trade went very nicely and the trader is a very friendly person. The problem is that this person lives in Estonia and I live in the United States. I have not been able to make this account a member in any way. I've tried paying by sms, phone, and many credit cards. What could I do?

 

I guess paypal will work out.

 

Did you try simply just switching the country?

 

I tried paypal and switching countries. It keeps declining it. 0.0 I haven't used membership cards yet, that might be my next attempt

 

Stay up late one night to see if he comes on? Also, try game cards, I'm pretty sure those will work.

 

That's really weird. Have you tried contacting jagex? dont tell them you bought the account. Just tell them your friend gave it to you or something. idk

 

try gamecards, or buy an upgrade from some1 in estonia.

I wouldn't say a friend gave it to you, they banned my cousin for account sharing luckily it was just a noob.

To the OP I would try game cards or try finding an upgrader on sythe to try doing it, most experienced upgraders will know how to deal with situations like this. I remember Discovery Ch. use to upgrade accounts which were from all over the world.

 

What type of error does it give you when you try to pay for it? Also have you tried having someone else upgrade it for you?

 

currently no one else has tried it and it just says that the payment was unsuccesful
