Hi, I'm Dan. I program in VB.net, VB6, C#, bits of HTML and bits of Java. I'm not much of a gamer, but the few games that really pull my interest are GTA 4 (and EFLC), A.V.A., and Minecraft. I'm from Canada, 18 years old, love snow (that's a given), and do competitive downhill skiing as well as competitive tennis. I started moderating on Sythe in November 2008 (I think) as a WoW section mod, then made my way up to RS mod, then RS and graphics, then to global. Due to unfortunate events I was stripped of my rank for a month in Oct 2010, but allowed back on staff as a sectional (off topic mod). A few weeks later I was given Market, and now I've also got Graphics, so I moderate 3 sections I think that's it, hope I didn't bore you too much ^_^ Here's a pic! Yeah, the style that they assembled it in is a typical anime which kind of bugs me (the grunts and repetition of a person's first name, chronic re-use of voice actors for multiple characters and the "dragon ball z" style glares that last for a few minutes), but the story line is excellent. Then again, the only anime I've ever seen that was just about perfect in terms of style was Avatar, but that was more or less westernized.
