Hi I'm not that into WOW but if I decided to buy an account will it ever get recovered like Runescape accounts? It there any way to be completely secure?
wow accounts are extremely unsafe when purchasing, i would recommend you start your own account. if you would like to purchase an account here are some ways to make it safer, but not completely secure.
Have the seller change the email to your email address
This will be so all changes to the account will be sent to your email and not his. this will also protect it so the original owner cannot recover the account by email.
Request the Secret Answer
This will be needed to change the password, email, or any account information
Original Cd Key Code
This may be asked to you by a blizzard employee when recovering by phone
Name, address, and phone number on the account
This will be asked by a blizzard employee when recovering by phone
Photo copy of photo id
If you cannot provide enough valid information, they will need a photocopy of your id to prove that you have the name that is on the account
Please be aware that the original owner has all of this information, so buying a wow account is very risking, you are better off making your own.
