    Runecraftings good although it takes a lot of time to train, puro use to be good and still is if you can find a decent bot to run puro since Rsbots.net puro bot is pretty fail. Blue Drag/ Green drag killing is good money as well, and I heard tanner is also good money/ hour but you need a lot of starter cash but it requires no skills

    (Double) Astrals as well, to be honest LAWS have pretty low requirements and profit even at 1x
