From Sythe definitely.

You are able to buy directly from r2pleasent, and I think thats his website above.

Or you can create a Google Checkout account (only CC required) and buy it from RSUltimate. Banner at the bottom of the site. (This is 'Grave's website a highly trusted member on Sythe.)

this is your best option in my opinion :)

Paypal -> make an account -> attach your CC to it -> come find a TRUSTED seller on sythe (or use a middleman) -> pay him trough paypal -> get cheap RSGP.

Gold4rs.com Most of the times they can be trusted but sometimes they can't. You could also buy of other people at sythe.

R2Pleasent.com is your best bet for 100% trust I truly love these guys they were also the first ever that got me into RWT :)
Also sythe as well there are trusted sellers on here just trade safe.

Gold4RS will most probably deliver it successfully, but they're overpriced IMO. Their price is like 1.5$ / M, while the "underground" prices (forums, etc.) are as low as 0.7$, even 0.65$ with bulk orders.
