10th Rotcod - Cant receive recovery email

Hey, I have the original email of "10th Rotcod" and whenever I try to log in, it says that I need to recover because it's something about the password being old. I supplied the correct email but I'm not receving any emails regarding it. The email is from gmx.com. Any solutions?
