Rsbuddy has a free one. I've not used it yet though, still getting 85.

Around 2.5m/hr with a maxed char.
yepperss! I can't wait til frost bones drop lol 
Anyone know if someone from rsbots is making one? I don't trust those free bots.

rsbuddy is very trustworthy, I've used the frostdragon bot and recommended it, but waste your time and money if you don't care
The bot is okay, 1.3m p/hr. Yeah, I've also noticed bots while I'm botting, its so easy to spot them lol
