    If you pick the second one, get the 5770.
    If you pick the first one, get the 6850.
    I would get the second one with the 6850.
    Basically you need to decide whether you want a more powerful CPU or a more powerful GFX card. The 6 core is a more powerful CPU and the 6850 is a more powerful gfx card than the others.

    I might go for the 6 core and the 6850, just saw I can pay rest with paypal, not sure yet tho, but thanks for the suggestion.
