Gold buying?

[Conclusion]

A few weks ago i thought i saw a stickied topic of like Sythe mods/ really really trusted people selling rs gold[ Through a website that tehy hosted (i guess similiar to gold4rs)], but i can't find it anymore.

If anyone still knows where it is that would be nice
