Coulda fooled me into believing you've been tagging for a while now.
Lighting is rather omnidirection and could be worked on, flow is directionless, but nonetheless it is a good tag.

Yes they can , My first time on photoshop I did what you'd call "no beginner can do this"
Heard of youtube tut's?
Watched hours worth of videos....a lot of learning from tuts can go a long way.
